USER AGREEMENT

User Agreement for L2 Virtue

This Agreement regulates the relationship between the user and the administration of the L2 Virtue game service.

1. Definitions

  • Administration (or "Operator"): The owner and operator of the L2 Virtue Service, who provides users access to the game server and website under the terms of this agreement.
  • User: An individual who registers an account and/or uses the Service.
  • Service: The collection of the website, game servers, and related software and hardware that constitutes the L2 Virtue project. All rights to use this Service belong exclusively to the Administration.
  • Donations and Virtual Items: Refers to the voluntary financial support provided by a User in exchange for additional, non-essential virtual items or features within the game.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Administration provides access to the Service and its features to an unlimited number of persons under the terms of this Agreement. The User acknowledges that the primary purpose of this project is for leisure and entertainment and is not associated with gambling.

3. Acceptance of the Agreement

By creating an account on our website, you fully and unconditionally accept all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must immediately cease using the Service. By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so. The Administration is not required to verify the data you provide during registration.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. User Rights

  • To use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • To use all core features of the Service free of charge.
  • To make voluntary donations to receive virtual items.
  • To request assistance from the technical support team regarding issues with the Service.

4.2. User Obligations

  • To provide accurate information during registration.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of your account login and password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • To follow the instructions and rules set forth by the Administration.
  • To respect the intellectual property rights of the Administration.
  • To use the Service exclusively for entertainment purposes, without seeking any commercial gain.

4.3. Prohibited User Actions

  • Exploiting game errors (bugs), gaining unauthorized access to the game's code or database, or using malicious software that provides an unfair advantage over other players.
  • Restricting other Users' access to the Service.
  • Engaging in cheating, fraud, or other illegal actions.
  • Using profanity, making threats, or disseminating materials that promote violence, hatred, or contain pornographic information.
  • Distributing any form of advertising or anti-advertising without the written permission of the Administration.

4.4. Administration Rights

  • To modify, expand, or restrict the Service at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • To manage all processes within the Service and apply penalties (such as account suspension or termination) to any User who violates this Agreement.
  • To delete or modify User information posted on the Service.
  • To send Users important notifications regarding the Service.
  • To take legal measures to protect its intellectual property.

4.5. Administration Obligations

  • To provide the User with access to the Service.
  • To respond to User inquiries and take measures to resolve disputes when possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Administration is not responsible for:

  • Any damage caused to the User's computer or data as a result of using the Service.
  • Any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User due to the use or inability to use the Service.
  • Information provided by the User during registration, including lost access to an account.
  • The User’s loss of virtual items obtained through donations or gameplay.
  • The continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service.

The User agrees to use the Service at their own risk and acknowledges that it is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Administration is not obligated to provide evidence of a User's violation of this Agreement when applying penalties.

6. Privacy and Security

The Administration is committed to protecting User privacy. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except in cases required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy. While we employ security measures to protect your data, security cannot be guaranteed in the event of unauthorized access by third parties.

7. Donations and Virtual Items

At the User's request, the Administration provides access to special virtual items in exchange for a voluntary donation. These items are not a mandatory requirement for using the Service.

  • All donations are final and non-refundable once the virtual items have been delivered.
  • The list of available virtual items and their corresponding donation amounts are published exclusively on the official Service website.
  • The User is solely responsible for all financial costs, including fees and taxes, associated with making a donation.
  • By making a donation, the User confirms they have the legal right to do so. If the User is a minor, they must have obtained consent from a legal representative.

8. Additional Provisions

  • If a User is not permitted to use the Service under the laws of their country (e.g., due to age restrictions), they must cease using the Service immediately.
  • If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, it does not invalidate the Agreement as a whole.
  • Any disputes between the Parties shall be resolved first through correspondence with the Administration.
  • This Agreement may be amended by the Administration at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. The User agrees to periodically review the Agreement to stay informed of any changes.
